Lifetime warranty


 

AME is and does. With your purchase of any speaker, AME offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchasers lifetime at no additional cost to you.

AME will replace or repair a defective product or part for the cost of shipping.

AME will not warranty any product or parts which have been lost or discarded by you or damaged caused by misuse, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance.

AME will not warranty units which have been altered or modified or have serial numbers removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible.

To activate the lifetime warranty:

1. Complete the warranty registration card within 30 days
2. Retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase
3. Return any product in shipper approved or original shipping package, insured for it's original purchase value

To return your AMEs and collect your refund:

1. Call AME within 14 days of receipt to confirm return
2. Retain your return confirmation number
3. Safely repackage your AMEs in the original shipping containers and include a copy of your receipt along with your reason for return.
4. Return AMEs insured for their original purchase price via UPS or US Postal Service in the US and Canada, DHL or Federal Express elsewhere
5. When your returned speakers are received by AME in original working order and undamaged, you will be refunded the purchase price within 30 days.
